1. Who we are

2. How to order

2.1 Add the tests you want to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your details, choose a delivery option and pay.

2.2 Before you pay, checkout shows a summary of your order. You can correct any mistakes, or change your cart, at any point before you press the pay button.

2.3 These terms and the contract are in English only.

2.4 We email you an order confirmation. We don't file a copy of these terms for each order, so save or print a copy if you want one.

2.5 The contract starts when we dispatch your order. If we can't accept your order, for example because a product is out of stock or a price was wrong, we tell you and refund you in full.

3. Price and delivery

3.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and are the price shown when you order. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. You pay when you place your order.

3.2 Delivery options, costs and times are in our shipping policy.

4. Cancelling, returns and faulty products

Your right to cancel and your rights if a product is faulty are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

5. Other terms

5.1 We may change these terms. The terms shown when you order apply to your order.
