Privacy policy
RRTM Limited, trading as Test Discreet, is the controller of your personal data. Contact us at help@testdiscreet.co.uk.
What we use, why, and our legal basis
- To take, deliver and support your order, including cancellations and refunds: your name, address, email, phone number if you give one, what you ordered, payment confirmation and messages you send us. Legal basis: contract. We cannot take your order without these details.
- To keep tax and accounting records: your order and payment records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To keep the site and checkout secure and prevent fraud: your IP address and device details. Legal basis: legitimate interests in preventing fraud.
- For site statistics, advert measurement and marketing emails: only if you agree. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Most of this comes from you. Payment confirmation and fraud checks come from our payment providers and Shopify.
What you order can reveal information about your health. We use it only to fulfil your order, with your explicit consent, which you give by placing the order.
Card payments show on your statement as "TD Trading".
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders; payment providers; Royal Mail; our email and workplace software providers; and, if you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google. Payment providers, Royal Mail and Google also use data for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. These transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 6 years, as UK tax law requires. We keep other data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for.
Cookies
See our cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. We do not make automated decisions about you. Email help@testdiscreet.co.uk to use your rights or to complain. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
